Construction Update – May 2025
Piling is complete, capping beam construction is ongoing and is due to be completed in early June. Bulk excavations down to B-2 and installation of major propping have now started, and we expect these to run until the end of July.
We are on track with constructing our new loading bay on Harcourt Rd. The 2 no. OCS Luas bases will be switched over on the nights of 6th & 7th June, then we will remove old OCS bases, concrete our loading bay, install our new gates, and start using it for deliveries.
