In Phase 1, precast is progressing well on 3 blocks. Block 4 is now stepping back and the first level of the tower block will commence in June. Brickwork is progressing well on all 3 blocks and roofing works have commenced on Block 4. Fit out works are progressing internally with the first two sample apartments now complete.
In Phase 2 precast is progressing well on blocks 2 and 3. The final in situ concrete pour will be complete this month and precast will commence on the final Block 1. Brickwork is progressing on Block 2 and 3.
We are currently awaiting confirmation on planning permission in relation to relocating our car park to a larger area adjacent to Ashton House. We hope to relocate to this area in June.
