On Phase 1 we are currently in the process of final testing and commissioning and snagging internally. Works externally are progressing well with most of the focus on the central area between phase 1 and 2.
On phase 2 external works are progressing within the courtyards and along the north. All brick and façade works are largely complete and scaffold is now being removed in all areas. Internal works are progressing in line with our programme.
The works along the canal greenway have been completed. We are targeting reopening of this next week.
Works in the central median are also largely complete and has been reopened to the public.

We are aiming to get the Median reopened towards the end of this week. There will be some minor works to Rathborne Boulevard Phase 1 side resetting all the manhole lids and gullies to the new road level. |
