Precast is now complete on all 3 blocks on Phase 1. Scaffold drops will continue over the coming months as the façade works progress. As advised in Septembers newsletter the hoarding line has now been moved out by 300mm to allow for us to progress the external landscaping works while keeping a full screen in place from the site and general public. These works will continue over the next few months working from the site welfare set up east towards Royal Canal Court.
On phase 2 precast is complete on block 1 and we are trending well to have all precast complete before we break for the holiday period. Façade works are also progressing well and we have started the first of our scaffold drops. The fit out is now progressing on all 3 blocks.
We are happy to inform that our car park is now up and running. We are aware that there are still individuals causing nuisance with parking. We are currently arranging for additional double yellow lines to be installed at problem areas and/or removing the individuals from site.
