Walls Construction is making rapid progress for our Confidential Client, delivering a large-scale Data Centre Campus in Dublin, positioned at the heart of Ireland’s largest data centre cluster.
Currently under construction are two buildings generating a Total IT Load of 60MW, with the Campus providing a total of 100 MW+ of capacity upon completion.
Following completion of the superstructure and frame, the internal fit-out works are proceeding at a pace on building 1.
On building 2, the superstructure is ahead of programme, and the external envelope is now nearing completion, facilitating the commencement of the internal fit-out works, which will accelerate over the coming period.
Externally the site infrastructure is advancing well around both buildings.
Focus over the coming period will be the Construction of the ancillary support buildings, which include the process water pumphouse, the sprinkler pump house, and the installation of final services to allow the commencement of road finishes.
