DIT Site visit to Dublin Landings: 25th November

When Una Beagon of DIT approached us to facilitate a site visit for 2nd, 3rd and 4th year Civil and Structural Engineering students we were delighted to help and 2 weeks later on the 25^th November we welcomed 25 students to our Dublin Landings Project on North Wall Quay.  This visit allowed the students to see the practical application of much of the theory covered in their course and experience the atmosphere and dynamics of a live site while having all their queries answered by our site team. The site visit was led by our Contracts Manager Rob Fox and assisted by our Site Engineers Paul McDermott, our Safety Officer Paul McGrath and recent DIT graduate Ciaran McSharry. We look forward to continuing our collaboration the Built Environment faculty in DIT in 2017.
