Pride Month and other awareness events present perfect opportunities to have conversations that lead to learning about different perspectives in the workplace. We have started our Diversity and Inclusion journey with support and guidance from the Irish Centre for Diversity and their Investors in Diversity accreditation mark. Our leadership team has recently received Diversity & Inclusion training and we are committed to rolling this out among the rest of our staff over the coming months. We look forward to continuing our conversations and learnings that help embed our commitment to Diversity and Inclusion across everything we do.
