Work is progressing on the Dublin Landings project and busy times are ahead for the site team. With level three of the reinforced concrete frame completed ahead of programme, we are currently constructing level four of the reinforced concrete frame, working from the south facing North Wall Quay back towards Mayor Street.  The precast slabs to the atrium are on-going with panels to level three due to be installed this week. The intricate challenge of the structural steel design interface with the reinforced concrete slab is advancing well with the structural steel frame to the roof due to commence shortly.

With all the basement structural works in place, work is ready to commence on the substructure, starting with blockwork at the basement level. All temporary works are complete for the ramp at the level two basement and we are ready to complete our final phase of the ramp pour over the coming week.
