Our hybrid working model offers colleagues greater flexibility as to how and where they work. This working model allows colleagues to work from a combination of home and central office/ hub locations, promoting a better work/ life balance.
Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging
We are committed to respecting Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging for the benefit of all our employees. We understand that managing diversity is about creating an environment of mutual respect to make employees feel more included and valued and where they can fulfil their potential, working in a company that respects quality and fairness.
We entered into a partnership with the Irish Centre for Diversity in 2022. The Irish Centre for Diversity offers Ireland's only Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (EDI&B) mark for Irish Businesses. The EDI Mark enables businesses to be known as 'Investors in Diversity', providing them with a framework for success over three levels, - Bronze, Silver and Golf. We achieved our bronze award in 2022 and in November 2023 our silver award, and we are now working towards the gold award.
Employee Support Network:
Equity
Equality focuses on treating everyone the same, while Equity focuses on fairness by addressing individual needs and circumstances to achieve equal outcomes.
Diversity
Diversity recognises that everyone is different in a variety of visible and non-visible ways, and that those differences are to be recognised, respected, valued, promoted and celebrated.
Inclusion
Inclusion is the practice of including everyone in a way that is fair for all, values everyone's differences, and empowers and enables each person to be themselves and achieve their full potential and thrive at work.
Belonging
Belonging is about the emotional connection individuals feel within a group. Belonging can only be fully realised when an inclusive environment is in place, but inclusion alone doesn't guarantee that everyone will feel a deep sense of belonging.
Introducing The Stage & Screen ERG
We are excited to announce the launch of our first Employee Resource Group, The Stage & Screen ERG, designed for employees who share a passion for live performances and cinematic experiences! Whether you're an avid concert-goer, theatre enthusiast, or film buff, this ERG is the perfect space for you to connect with culture lovers across the company.
The Stage & Screen ERG is dedicated to bringing together colleagues who enjoy exploring the arts, from the latest blockbuster movies to live music sessions and theatre productions. Our mission is to create a community where members can share their love for the arts, discover new experiences, and build meaningful connections.
What is an Employee Resource Group?
An Employee Resource Group (ERG) is a voluntary, employee-led group that fosters a sense of community around shared interests or goals. By joining an ERG, you not only enhance your own experience at work but also contribute to a more vibrant and supportive workplace. ERGS contribute to a diverse and inclusive work environment and create a positive impact on the organisation's culture.
