Phase 1 of the Fern Bank residential development in Dundrum has been handed over to Irish Life and 89 apartments with a mix of 1, 2 and 3 beds will be ready for occupation in January 2019. Phase 2 with 170 apartments is ongoing and this will be ready for occupation in late 2019.
