We are delighted that works have commenced on our Glencar House office development for Killeen Properties located directly opposite the RDS in Ballsbridge, Dublin 4.
The six storey over double basement Grade A Office building which will extend to a net internal area of 7,200m2 is targeting both LEED and WELL ratings. With a strong focus on sustainability the building will include more than 120 onsite bicycle spaces and a dedicated bicycle lift as well as e-charging points for all 42 car parking spaces. Pandemic protection features include touch free lifts, access control and sanitary ware and automated temperature sensors.
