The finish line is in sight on the Grand Canal Harbour Project for our client Marlet Property Group.
These stunning images show the development in all its glory as we approach Project Completion.
Last Saturday morning we had the pleasure of a visit from members of the Architectural Association of Ireland, who were escorted by our Site Team on a tour of the development.
The Architects were particularly impressed with the conservation element of the project, notably the historic Harbour Warehouse, meticulously restored to house a blend of modern conveniences such as a cafe, co-working spaces, and a medical centre, while preserving its industrial legacy. Grand Canal Harbour will upon completion, comprise 596 apartments, 7,000sq m of retail, medical, co-working and childcare space and 1,700sq m of amenity space.
Some 54% of the site is to be given over to public spaces including a public plaza offering a flexible outdoor space for open-air markets and events. We look forward to its completion.
