In early July, Walls Construction completed and handed over the Maple Building in Beacon South Quarter for Irish Residential Properties REIT Plc (I•RES). The Maple Building comprises of four one-bed, 55 two-bed and nine three-bed apartments over 10 floors.
This design & build project was successfully completed on time and within budget. All of the apartments are fully fitted out to a very high specification. All of the apartments are fully leased and several of the new residents moved in within hours of the project being completed.
Walls look forward to working on future residential developments with IRES and our design partners on this project.
