This development is a strong example of Walls’ capability in delivering technically complex, large-scale redevelopment schemes in constrained urban settings.
The extensive programme included significant partial demolition works and the delivery of a new façade, alongside the redevelopment, extension, refurbishment and CAT B fit-out of Blocks 3A and 3B, and the transformation of the existing leisure centre—delivering over 26,000m² of high-quality, modern workspace and amenities.
