Significant progress has been made on the redevelopment of Blocks 3A and 3B of the Irish Life Campus on Lower Abbey Street, Dublin 1.
This complex cut & carve project involves major structural alterations and refurbishment, including additional floor levels, a 10-storey atrium linking the blocks, and a full new façade. By retaining much of the property’s existing structure, the development’s embodied carbon will be significantly reduced, along with a diversion of construction and demolition waste away from landfill.
