Following its recent completion, Walls is delighted to see the Irish Life HQ Campus in Dublin 1 officially open.
We are proud to have been the Main Contractor on this ambitious project, transforming the iconic Irish Life building into an extraordinary modern office environment, while retaining its city centre heritage. The redevelopment of Block 3 and the leisure centre create over 26,000m² of high-quality workspace within one building, providing a new home for the 3,000 Irish Life employees with spectacular amenity facilities and gardens.
Our team delivered this highly technical project over the last three years within a live campus environment and limited access, and we recognise the support and patience of the neighbouring businesses and local community.
