Walls Construction Limited is pleased to announce the commencement of a new Water & Wastewater Testing Laboratory located in Ballysimon, Limerick for our client Uisce Éireann Irish Water.
It was a pleasure to welcome the Mayor of Limerick City and County, Cllr Francis Foley, Minister Kieran O’Donnell TD and Dawn O’Driscoll, Director of People and Safety, Uisce Éireann Irish Water, who were present for the Official Sod Turning Ceremony.
The new Laboratory development will be a part single and part two storey building, with the laboratory at ground floor, including a large plant room and external plant compound at first floor/ roof level (total gfa 3,736m²) plus ancillary site development and landscaping works, all on a site of 2.84ha. approx.
