Upcoming Events
Monday 26th May
In order to finish a concrete pour in the Block 6 courtyard carpark, we have been granted a derogation from DCC for Wednesday 28th May to achieve the required finish. A small crew will be on site with localised task lighting only. We will endeavour to finish before 11pm.
Tuesday 20th May
In order to facilitate a concrete pour, we have been granted a derogation from DCC for Tuesday 20th May until 11.00pm to achieve the required concrete finish.
Wednesday 30th April
Block 5 & 6 Clongriffin – Concrete slab Works
The Block 5 and 6 project has now entered superstructure frame stage. Block 6, Core D, which is our foremost block in terms of program will now commence having its ground floor slab completed. This floors is an in-situ reinforced slab which requires a high level of finishing to achieve the required tolerances. Dublin City Council have granted permission for an extension of site working hours for these finishing works.
Planned dates & times for concrete slab finishing works are as follows:

Monday 10th February
We would like to apologise for the inconvenience caused by site lighting and a generator on site running over the weekend, these issues are currently being resolved by our Site Manager.
Thursday 23rd January
Works are currently progressing well on site, and we will be commencing with piling works next week. Delivery of the piling rig and installation of piles is scheduled for Tuesday 28th January.
Thursday 23rd January
As a result of the national status red weather warning, our site will be closed on Friday 24th January. A site inspection will be carried out on Friday afternoon once the red warning has been lifted, and conditions are safe for our teams to travel to site.
