Breaking Ground on a New Community in Clongriffin / Cluain Ghrífín!
Walls Construction is privileged to be delivering a major development for the The Land Development Agency (LDA) in Clongriffin Town, Dublin 13, building on the success of the award winning Shanganagh Castle Estate project in Shankill, Dublin 18. In so doing, our team is proud to be actively involved in shaping the future of housing in Ireland, providing high-quality homes that will make a real difference to people’s lives.
Last Friday, we were honoured to play our part in welcoming Taoiseach Micheál Martin, Housing Minister James Browne TD, and the Lord Mayor of Dublin, Emma Blain, who officially turned the sod on this landmark project – the largest state housing initiative currently underway in Ireland.
This is also the first time the LDA has started construction on a privately purchased site, further demonstrating the State’s commitment to delivering social and affordable housing. When complete, Clongriffin / Cluain Ghrífín will be home to over 2,000 new homes, creating a vibrant and inclusive community.
