The Lean Construction Ireland (LCi) Conference took place today in Croke Park. The Walls Construction Limited Lean leadership team were in attendance for what was an informative and engaging day, focusing on LCi’s strategic breakthrough objectives of Clients, Contractual Processes, and Capability Development.
LCi is a community of learning and practice that advocates for the transformation of the Irish construction sector through the adoption of Lean thinking and best practice.
