What an incredible turnout today for the Lighthouse Construction Industry Charity lunchtime talk, focusing on Mental Health.
There were over 200 people in attendance on our site at Clay Farm, which we are building for our client Park Developments. This was both a sobering and enlightening 45 minutes from our guest speaker Rob, and there was a respectful silence in the room as he shared his own personal story of his challenges with mental health issues.
The clear message was “It’s ok not to be ok” or in the true Irish way, “It’s grand not to be grand”.
