We’re proud to mark the successful completion of Merville Place, a new residential project on the Old Finglas Road, Glasnevin, Dublin 11, delivering 200 apartments across three blocks, together with amenity space designed to support community connection and a thriving neighbourhood, while the development also includes space for a future crèche facility within the Craigie Gate building.
Beyond the buildings themselves, the works encompassed extensive site development including landscaping, retaining structures, site fittings, an external platform lift, and the full integration of services along the Old Finglas Road.
