During a recent sunny Sunday afternoon we used an impressive Spierings 599 mobile tower crane to lift fourteen air handling units on to the roof of 100 Mount Street. Each AHU weights an average of 780kg’s, totalling 10,500 kg’s. The entire operation took approximately 5 hours. Practical Completion on this project is due at the start of October this year. With raised access flooring complete on all levels; ground works and plastering entering its final phase; mechanical and electrical at third fix; and the on-going works tilling and installing door frames, windows and glazing we are on track to achieving this date.
