Construction Update – Concrete Pour 2nd April 2025
Dear Residents,
We write to give notice that, on Wednesday 2nd April, we plan to carry out a large concrete pour to an area of basement slab.
We will start delivery of concrete at 07:00. This will be pumped into position and the operation to place the concrete will conclude in late afternoon. Following an initial setting period, the concrete is “powerfloated”. This involves using a petrol engine machine to polish the concrete surface.
This process would be expected to continue into the late evening or early hours of the following morning (depending on weather conditions). We have informed DLRCOCO of our plans.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused and will endeavour to keep it to a minimum.
