Current Progress
- The second of our three tower cranes (TC2) was erected on 2nd May.
- Basement slab pours have continued under block 1.
- Walls and columns to the underside of the ground floor podium slab are in progress on the areas of basement slab already in place.
- Decking is in progress to form the podium slab under the block 1A tower.
- The excavation of the sprinkler tank to the northern corner is complete. This is basement level B3 which will allow work to commence on the level B2 foundations for the creche.
- Excavated material from the foundation dig has been graded and stockpiled in advance of being used to retain the end of the access road that will be brought in off Murphystown Way.
Upcoming Works
- Continue to rock-break and excavate foundations inside the basement footprint.
- Continue installing drainage lines and underground services below basement slab level in the areas of block 2A and block 2B.
- Additional areas of basement slab will be poured (to block 2A).
- Walls and columns will continue to be poured to the underside of the podium slab to extend the decking that will form the ground floor slab.
- Commence forming the access road from the Murphystown Way entrance.
- We will commence preparing the base for the last of our three tower cranes.
- The first area of podium slab (ground floor level) will be poured.
