The unit has recently been established by Mylan as a production facility of respiratory devices. It shares a border with Unit 20 to the north and a FÁS training centre to the south. The site comprises of production and warehousing within the building of approx. 21,353m² over 3 No. floors.
Following completion of concrete and envelope packages on Mylans new production and offices building in Baldoyle, external works such as landscaping, carparks, roads and fencing are due for completion in early February. This will see the successful completion of Walls Construction works in relation to the facility.
