The residential development at Notre Dame for Park Developments is now starting to dominate on the skyline with the quality of the OMP design now being visible.
Block G in Notre Dame, the first of 7 blocks is completed and is currently being prepared for handover to our client Park Developments for use as the show apartments.
Blocks B, C and D are on-going at pace with the brick facades being completed and internal fit-out works commenced. The 79 apartments contained in these blocks will be handed over to our client before the end of the year.
