Works on our Notre Dame project are progressing well. This residential development, in Churchtown, South Dublin, will be completed in two phases, the first of which will be ready at the end of this year. The 7 blocks of apartments are all build over a single basement carpark on this 2.5 hectare site. Our client, Park Developments, already has access to the first block of 10 apartments.
The pictures above show the first three blocks being finished with brick, while the internal works are on-going inside. The structure of the next three blocks has now commenced also.
With handover of the first three before the end of the year, it promises to be a busy summer in Churchtown for the site team!
