Upcoming Events
30th April 2025
Piling operations are now complete and we are currently demobilising rigs and removing off site. Bulk excavation will now commence over the coming weeks, removal of material will be via Albert Place Terrace. (Complete by end of July 2025). Our hoarding has now been moved out to its new location on Harcourt Road. There is no footpath on the south side of Harcourt Road instead pedestrians are asked to move to the north side.
1st April 2025
We are on track to complete Male piling in 3-4 weeks’ time. This is the high noise activity at the moment, with the male rig drilling through the limestone, some of which is more dense than others. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
31st March 2025
Brazil piling will be collecting the Female Rig (P230) on Wednesday morning, 2nd April, at 6am. This will take around 30 mins to load and go out. O'Donoghues Transport will have permit for long load. We apologises for any inconvenience caused.
21st March 2025
The weekend ahead 21st to 23rd March will see us erect our first Tower Crane on site. We have a derogation from 2pm to 6pm on Saturday and 10am to 6pm on Sunday. All works will be kept within the boundaries of our job. A 300t mobile crane will be erecting the Tower Crane and will be set up on Friday Afternoon, and the tower crane will be delivered in 10 articulated trucks throughout Saturday and early part of Sunday.
19th March 2025
On Wednesday 19th March Circet (working on behalf of Eir) will be working across our entrance gate on Albert Terrace, starting at 5pm and working to 11pm, worst case. They have a DCC permit and derogation to do this. They are laying new underground ducts and this will allow the overhead cables running across our job to be removed.
