The design and build redevelopment of the HOB, former Aer Lingus head office at the airport, commenced in March 2015 and is scheduled for completion in February 2016.
It is part of the first phase of a planned 70-acre business park aimed at international high-tech companies involved in research and development as well as other service industries. The six storey over basement building, with a floor area of 83,000 sqm, will be known as One, Dublin Airport Central.
This project is to Grade A specification, LEED gold certification and A3 energy. The facade is now complete and provides an impressive and eye catching vista on the airport campus.
Hard landscaping and soft landscaping have commenced which will add the final touch for the imminent unveiling of this prolific project for both Walls Construction and daa.
