Aspen Student Accommodation
Located in Ballymun, Dublin 9, this mixed-use scheme involved the development of a new build 361-bedroom student accommodation and a 16,500m2 Lidl supermarket with accompanying office space and customer car park.
The 11,929m2 student accommodation was developed in three blocks of five, six and 10 storeys, providing 364 student bedrooms. The buildings were constructed using precast concrete frames. Internally, the building included ground floor café/retail spaces, games room, social/quite rooms and amenity spaces.
