The works include the complete soft strip of existing fixtures, fittings and finishes and services, Cat A installation to the open plan office areas, new finishes to the core areas, removal of the existing glazing to all elevations and replacement, a new basement level shower block facility, and construction of new single storey steel framed penthouse extension including extension of the core areas, glazed elevations and full Cat A fit-out. To be completed in March 2023 the project is targeting a LEED and WELL rating.
