Carechoice purchased an existing concrete frame that was originally proposed as an apartment development. Walls Construction in association with Carechoice redesigned the building as an 8,000m2, 5 storey, 165 bed Northern Cross nursing home.

The works involved the completion of an existing concrete frame with the internal design and fit-out being constructed to comply with HIQA standards throughout. The building comprises a RC structure with precast floor slabs and an external façade incorporating brick, render and punch windows. External landscaping involved paved areas with wheelchair access to a peaceful garden.
