Cliff House Hotel

Walls were contracted to demolish the existing Cliff House Hotel and replace it with a new iconic five-star hotel.

Where the original structure once stood on a clifftop, the new hotel is now set into the cliff itself and is three storeys below street level. The construction required specialist excavation and pinning techniques to maximise the usable space of the site.

The finished hotel comprises of 20 bedrooms and 11-bedroom suites, a spa facility with treatment rooms, a swimming pool, steam room and sauna along with a 68-space underground carpark. Both the hotel and apartment suites are tiered down the cliffs edge which ensures that each space enjoys the benefits of the beautiful sea view.
