DUB12 Data Centre
Phase 2 of the DUB10 Data Centre campus located Dublin West, next to the M50 motorway and opposite the Park West Business Campus.
A design and build project, involving the CSA works on a 20,000m² 30MW data centre.
A structural steel frame with concrete cores, Kingspan roofing and cladding with strip windows and curtain walling; and extensive external multi storey and roof mounted gantry plant areas. The building fit out works includes an office admin area and the white wall panels, doors and secondary steel grid system for forming electrical support rooms.
