Constructed with a full RC superstructure and SFS inner leaf, the facades are a mixture of brickwork, stone, terracotta and metal cladding with punch aluclad windows and curtain walling.
The project also involves the restoration of an existing protected structure building with a new side extension providing 2,277m² of mixed-use space, extensive landscaping to roof terraces and an outdoor plaza to the harbour area.
