Located in Grangegorman, Dublin 7 and adjacent to the Luas line, this project involved the design & build of 8,520m² of student accommodation providing 289nr student beds, in clusters of four to eight bedrooms and associated common areas.

Comprising two blocks, of three and seven storeys with a brickwork façade and constructed using precast concrete frames, the project included all external site services, amenity spaces and extensive landscaping.
