Design and Build Residential Development on a 2.46ha site in Sutton, providing 143 one, two, and three-bedroom apartments in four blocks of three to five storeys over a basement level. Constructed with an RC frame and precast floors, the blocks are finished externally with brickwork, coloured render, aluclad windows and prefabricated balconies. All apartments are fitted with exhaust air heat pump system.
