Founded in the USA in 2003, they decided to open their European headquarters in Dublin in 2016. The design, which was based on Squarespace head office in New York and was approved by US Architects, involved the strip out of all existing finishes and services and a full fit out of the reception, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floor areas, including common areas and roof terrace.

 

The building was occupied on the ground and 1st level during all of the works. The programme for the works on levels 2, 3 & 4 was sequenced to facilitate the existing current work force.
