The Central Bank of Ireland

The Central Bank of Ireland headquarters on North Wall Quay is one of the most iconic building projects in Dublin City. The development by the Central Bank provides a central location in exemplary office accommodation with ancillary facilities for over 1,500 employees.

The project involved the completion of the existing concrete structure on the North Wall Quay. This required extensive structural works with the addition of a floor at roof level, a new triple façade and the complete internal fit-out. The project was delivered using BIM and received a BREEAM outstanding rating, the first office development in Ireland to achieve this rating. The completed project stands at over 8 storeys tall and has a total area of approximately 29,000m2.
