Completed in three phases, the construction involved RC crosswalls, hollowcore slabs and an RC inner leaf to the external walls. The façade completions included brickwork, rendered block, aluclad windows and in-situ concrete balconies. The apartments are fitted with an exhaust air heat pump for heating, hot water, and a ventilation heat recovery system.
