Despite the inclement weather, there was a sizeable turnout at the Shanganagh Castle Sod Turning Ceremony yesterday for our client The Land Development Agency. Thankfully, just before the ceremony, the rain and wind abated, and the sun made a brief appearance!
It was a pleasure to welcome An Taoiseach Micheál Martin, Housing Minister Darragh O’Brien TD, and Cathaoirleach Cllr Mary Hanafin, who turned the sods on this project, which is the largest affordable housing scheme ever undertaken in Ireland.
Construction is now underway in earnest, and we are looking forward to delivering this exciting and hugely important development for the state. Thank you to all involved.
