In Walls, safety is at the core of everything we do. During 2024, over 150 team members and subcontractors have completed the Construction Industry Federation (CIF) Site Supervisor Safety Programme (SSSP), equipping them with critical skills in hazard awareness, risk mitigation, and effective communication.
Investing in SSSP training helps foster a culture where every supervisor leads by example, ensuring health and safety remains central when planning and organising work, while reinforcing our commitment to raising safety standards and practices and creating safer construction projects for everyone.
