This month we hosted a student day out with over 40 students in attendance.
The day included site visits at the National Velodrome and Badminton Centre on the Sports Ireland Campus and Marmalade Lane Residential project in Dundrum, giving students the opportunity to experience projects beyond their usual placements.
We then wrapped up the day at Super Social, enjoying some hi-tech golf and interactive darts in a more relaxed setting.
The aim was to provide a well-rounded experience — offering insight into different sites while also creating space for students to connect and enjoy their time together.
At Walls, our goal is for all students to leave their placement with a positive experience, great memories, and a sense that there’s more to the journey than just the day-to-day work.
We hope experiences like this encourage future students to get involved and be part of what we do.
