We had several incredible sessions yesterday with Tom Corfield at our Google Boland’s Mill fit out site. Tom shared his inspirational story of how he overcame a life changing injury on site – due to a lack of proper PPE on site, he is partially blind due to an incident with cement from age seventeen. Despite this tragedy, Tom explained how he came to terms with this dramatic change in his life.
The talk was a great example of how incredibly important PPE is both on and off site, and also emphasised how we all need to support each other through tough times.
