“Become Your Own Hero”
Following two weeks filled with health, safety and mental health toolbox talks, the release of our new health and safety video, and the official launch of the Construction Industry Federation (CIF) Construction Safety Campaign 2024 at the Irish Life site, yesterday we held one of our key events on the Claremont site in Howth.
Over 300 employees had the opportunity to hear from Eric Donovan, (former European and Irish boxing champion), mental health advocate, and qualified counsellor. Eric delivered an inspiring talk about overcoming adversity, building resilience, and strengthening mental fortitude.
It is fair to say that everyone who attended left with very positive messages and Eric clearly showed that we can all overcome our own challenges in life if we believe in ourselves and seek support.
