Works on Phase 1 have commenced on this major data centre project, located on a 35 acre site next to the M50 motorway and opposite the Park West Business Campus.
Walls Construction have been appointed to construct this exceptionally located Data Centre Campus on the M50 motorway, 20 minutes from Dublin Airport and less than 5 minutes from Grange Castle and Profile Park and Parkwest.
The development of 90 MW of capacity over three buildings DUB11, DUB12 & DUB13 will be powered by the national grid.
The facility is served by a stand-alone office administration space of circa 4,000m² with all other associated facilities including storage, meeting rooms and a canteen.
The on-site Energy Centre will provide future occupiers with significant options around future energy sources.
