UCD Centre for Future Learning

The Centre for Future Learning building is a 11,580m² high-quality active teaching and learning space which is now the largest teaching hub on the UCD campus.

Constructed using a steelwork frame with concrete cores, and ranging from 5m to 19m in height, the façades are completed with stone cladding, punch windows and curtain walling.

Internally the building comprises a 300-person lecture theatre, multiple class/seminar rooms, a 550m² future learning resource hub space, large atrium with associated common areas; and extensive external landscaping.

Designed all to inspire innovation and connection across the UCD campus.
With sustainability at its heart — from a living green roof to solar panels and light-filled spaces — the Centre is set the stage for a brighter, more sustainable future in education.
