College Square
Located in the heart of Dublin, College Square is a mixed-use landmark development providing 52,413m² of commercial office space including core and reception areas; and 5,039m² of retail/venue space over a double basement.
The 11-storey residential tower consist of 58 apartments above an 11-storey LEED Platinum V4 office block with a total GFA of approx. 47,146 m².
The building was constructed using a combination of RC post tensioned slabs and steel superstructure. The façade comprises a unitised glazing system with terracotta fins to the feature elevations.
The finishes include the full fit-out to the receptions and core areas; and a CAT-A finish to the office space.
With landscaped terraces, a double-storey basement with car parking, venue space, and tenant facilities, College Square stands as a landmark achievement, where vision, design, and delivery aligned to create an exceptional project.
College Square has been completed in August 2025.
