Construction Update – January 2025
Following on from initial site establishment and site surveys in December 2024, main construction works will commence on Blocks 5 and 6 in January 2025. Over the coming weeks, we will progress with the completion of the site boundary and establishment of a site compound.
As the initial site set up works have now completed, and we have commenced with our construction works, the site operating hours will be from 7am to 7pm on weekdays and 8am to 2pm on Saturdays. The site strip and installation of a piling matt have commenced and piling works are scheduled to commence towards the end of January. Moving forward, project updates will be posted online using the project website to keep our operations sustainable.
A QR code will be circulated which will allow residents and businesses to access the project website which will provide regular updates on progress and notifications of any major upcoming works e.g., erection of tower cranes. The website will also allow users to sign up and receive email notifications of project updates.
